I am a retired online school teacher. I love family history. From 2007-2020, I spent much of my time providing part-time support for the world's largest free family history site https://familysearch.org This is very rewarding. I have helped others with the Family Tree and related FamilySearch products.
In 2010-2018 I served in the Edmonton_Alberta_Riverbend_Family_History_Centre..I have a FHC blog at Bill's Family History Center Blog Since 2020 I have been a family history consultant for Edmonton Alberta North Stake. The American Thanksgiving gave me a 2-day break from my usual responsibilities at FamilySearch Support. I used the time to create a Watson Family Tree 2007 book, patterned after the Buchanan Family Tree 2007 e-book which I created early in November. I will probably revise the BFT2007, as I have received some corrections and updates since I made it available. Vera Ash gave me about 50 more people in the William John Ash and Mary Buchanan line. I sent out Christmas greetings and have received some nice replies. Merry Christmas everyone, and wishes for a wonderful new year.
