I am a retired online school teacher. I love family history. From 2007-2020, I spent much of my time providing part-time support for the world's largest free family history site https://familysearch.org This is very rewarding. I have helped others with the Family Tree and related FamilySearch products.
In 2010-2018 I served in the Edmonton_Alberta_Riverbend_Family_History_Centre..I have a FHC blog at Bill's Family History Center Blog Since 2020 I have been a family history consultant for Edmonton Alberta North Stake. Last Wednesday I bought an electric chainsaw. On Friday I cut down about 30 trees with the help of Cliff McD. then I drove to Stony Plain and paid $750 to connect to satellite internet. In the evening Judy and I visited Kate E. and I installed her new kitchen fawcett, giving her the luxury of hot and cold running water in her kitchen. It was a good productive day. Sunday I faxed my papers to World Wide (family history) Support. Yesterday I phoned Elder Low and left a message in his voice mail. Today I had an email from him. He has received my recommendation papers, and in three weeks I should have my formal calling as a Family History Service Missionary.
